My approach

We'll look at the why behind your emotional habits — and the roles you've felt forced to play to survive and belong.

Whether we realize it or not, our past experiences shape how we show up in our relationships and how we see ourselves. Sometimes those old patterns leave us feeling stuck, anxious, or not quite ourselves.

These aren't just things to "talk about" — they're feelings that need to be felt and worked through within a real, supportive connection. I won't sugarcoat it: this process can bring up some tough stuff. But you won't be navigating it alone.

What we work on

A few of the places we tend to start.

01

Feeling stuck

Old patterns that quietly run the show, long after they stopped serving you.

02

Relationships

The roles you play to belong — and what it costs to keep playing them.

03

Anxiety & self-worth

The inner voice that never quite lets you put yourself first.

04

Boundaries

Learning to set them, hold them, and finally feel like your life is your own.

I don't have a magic wand. But I will be right there with you as we figure out what actually matters.
